Clubhouse

Mira Lagos Homeowners Association opened up the new clubhouse campus in August of 2018. As a paid homeowner, you can enjoy renting out the “Great Room” for parties and events at a minimal fee. Homeowners can email admin@miralagoshoa.com to confirm dates and times for open calendar slots prior to putting a deposit down on the facility.

Pools

Our goal is to provide an enjoyable pool experience for all members of the Association during the 2024 pool season! In anticipation, we are providing the following facts to help you become familiar with our amenities. Access to the pools is for members of the Homeowners Association, possessing a valid pool card, and their guests only. Click here for the process.

Each pool has a main swimming pool, a toddler pool, fountains, and patio furniture. Pools are open May-September.

Pools are open, from May 3rd through September 2nd. Hours are:

6:00am - 9:00pm Sunday through Thursday

6:00am - 10:00pm Friday and Saturday

All fully paid HOA members only and their 4 guests only.


Pool ID Access Cards: One photo-id access card will be issued per resident 14 and older. Additional or replacement cards are $25 each. Pool cards will be given to and remain valid for Homeowners Association members whose accounts are free of overdue fees.

Parties and Reservations

Our swimming pools may be reserved by residents. Reservations do not designate the pool as exclusive. Pools are always open to homeowners. The purpose of a reservation is to ensure that multiple parties are not held at the pool on the same day at the same time. Click here for the actual Pool Reservation Form. Fill out and return with the deposit to the onsite office for confirmation of date, time, pool. Rules are to be followed by all guests in attendance.

  • Veranda

    “South Pool”

    This amenity center is often referred to as the “South Pool” and is the location of our on-site HOA office. The Veranda amenity center offers a 4’ deep lap pool and has special morning hours, during pool season, for adult-only swimming from 6 am - 9 am.

    “North Pool”

    This pool and playground is located north of England Parkway in El Sendero village and is referred to as the “North Pool”. The main pool at this amenity center features beautiful waterfalls as well as shallow and deeper water for a variety of ages and abilities.

  • Terraza

    “East Pool”

    This is known as our “East Pool” in Marbella village. The main pool at this amenity center features a shallow section with a small fountain that is great for just getting your feet wet, sunbathing, or introducing young children to the water.

More Amenities

Playgrounds, Newly added Volleyball Courts, Soccer Fields, and Walking Trails

There are a total of four playgrounds and three pool areas. Each pool area includes an open common area for kicking or tossing a ball, a playground with a playscape, swings, and bouncy spring gliders! Walking trails wind throughout our community, near and around six ponds. In April of 2024 - Two newly added volleyball courts will sit at the main common area complex of our community. These amenities are first come first serve to our paid homeowners.
